FAQ

Are your products really suitable for rabbits, or just "natural"?

This is a distinction that is deeply important to us. Natural does not mean suitable; some perfectly natural plants are actually toxic to rabbits.

Every ingredient we select is chosen for its actual compatibility with the rabbit's specific digestive system, not simply for its "healthy" image.

This is the foundation of our method, and we never deviate from it.

I offered a Bunny Cocoon plant or mixture to my rabbit and he didn't eat it right away. Is this normal?

Absolutely, and it's even very common. Rabbits are naturally cautious animals when faced with novelty; it's a deeply ingrained survival instinct.

Discovering a new smell, a new texture, or a new plant may take some time for them.

Some rabbits taste it on the first day, others sniff, approach, retreat, and come back. This isn't a refusal; it's an exploration at their own pace.

Continue to offer it regularly, without forcing, and your rabbit's natural curiosity will do the rest.

I don't know where to start. Which product should I choose first?

Don't panic, this is a question many pet owners ask, and it's completely normal.

You don't need to understand everything at once. Each product sheet clearly explains the role of what you're giving, how to incorporate it into your daily routine, and what you can observe.

One change done well is always better than ten rushed changes.

Are the prices justified compared to what's available elsewhere?

What you're paying for is a rigorous selection, a legible composition, and genuine educational support.

A well-used sachet lasts longer and naturally integrates into a thoughtful feeding routine.

We sincerely believe that feeding your rabbit well doesn't necessarily mean spending more. It means spending smarter.

How can I tell if my rabbit likes or tolerates a new product?

Each rabbit is unique, and that's what makes observation so valuable.

We guide you on recommended quantities and positive signs to look out for.

If you have any doubts about a particular case, our contact form is there for that, we read every message carefully.

My herb sachets contain small insects or larvae. What should I do?

No need to panic, and most importantly, no need to feel guilty. It is precisely because our plants are 100% raw, untreated, and pesticide-free that they can, in some cases, contain dormant food moth eggs. This is a completely natural phenomenon, linked to the plant origin of the products, and poses no danger to your rabbit.

To prevent any hatching, especially during warm periods, we recommend placing your bags in the freezer immediately upon receipt for 48 hours. This simple step, indicated in the description of each product and in our GTC, is sufficient to prevent the phenomenon.

If you did not freeze them upon receipt and notice an outbreak, here's what to do: do not open the bag or container in which the plants are stored. The moths could spread throughout your home and multiply. Directly place the affected bag(s), tightly sealed, in the freezer for 48 hours. This is enough to eradicate them completely. You can then safely give the plants to your rabbit.

This is not a defect in our products. On the contrary, it is proof that they truly are what they claim to be: raw, living, and untreated.
