We do not deliver to Corsica, French overseas departments and territories, or outside the European Union.
We offer two carriers: Mondial Relay, GLS, and DPD, for delivery to a relay point or home, depending on the area.

Where is my parcel?
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
Check the status on the carrier's website
Check your mailbox (delivery notice) or email inbox.
Check with your neighbors or concierge
Contact us if the problem persists
Verification upon receipt
We recommend that you check the condition of your package in the presence of the delivery person. In case of apparent damage (crushed, open, wet package), refuse the package or make written reservations on the delivery note.
Damaged package
If you notice damage after opening:
- Take photos of the package and product
- Contact us within 48 hours with the photos and your order number
- We will proceed with an exchange or a refund
Lost package
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
- Check with your neighbors, doorman, or relay point
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number
- Contact us: we will launch an investigation and find a solution (reshipment or refund)
Shipping address
⚠️ Warning: Please carefully check your shipping address when placing your order. We cannot change the address once the package has been shipped. Any address error resulting in a package return may incur reshipment fees.
Absence during home delivery
The carrier will leave a delivery notice or contact you by email. Depending on the carrier, you may be able to choose a new delivery time or a pick-up point. The package will be held for a maximum period determined by the chosen carrier.
Public holidays and weekends
Delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM will be processed the following Monday.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us promptly. Once the package is in transit, we will no longer be able to change the address.
Can I have my order delivered to a pick-up point?
Yes, simply choose GLS Relais or Mondial Relais delivery. You will be able to select your pick-up point after payment for the order has been completed.
