Description & Benefits
DANDELION ROOT
A natural and raw chewing support, to enrich the rabbit's environment and meet its instinctive need to gnaw, with the added nutritional benefit that wood alone does not provide.
ITS BENEFITS
Dandelion root is naturally rich in fiber, inulin, and minerals. It stands out from classic chewing supports by combining two complementary benefits: behavioral interest and nutritional interest.
Its inulin is a natural prebiotic that helps enrich the diversity of the intestinal flora, contributing to the balance of the rabbit's digestive microbiota in a gentle and natural way.
Its natural fibers complement the hay intake, enriching the diet consistently during chewing activity.
Its firm and resistant texture encourages gnawing and naturally stimulates chewing, contributing to the regular wear of continuously growing teeth. It channels the instinctive gnawing behavior in a healthy and appropriate way, while enriching the rabbit's environment with a natural and stimulating activity.
Its raw and natural origin, without treatment or additives, makes it a coherent choice with the Bunny Cocoon botanical approach.
USAGE
In small quantities per day, as a complement to hay and botanical plants. Introduce gradually and vary in rotation with other essential plants to maintain balanced intake over time.
GOOD TO KNOW
Naturally dried root, without treatment or processing. Variations in size, texture, or color may be observed depending on the pieces: this is a sign of a raw and authentic product.
Upon receipt, place your sachets in the freezer for 48 hours — a simple and sufficient precaution. As with any untreated raw plant, food moth eggs may occasionally be present. This is a natural phenomenon, posing no danger to your rabbit.
If hatching is observed, do not open the sachet and place it directly in the freezer for 48 hours. Your plants will still be perfectly fine to give afterwards. Store in a dry and airy place.

Bunny Cocoon Tips
DANDELION ROOTS
These recommendations help you integrate dandelion roots into your rabbit's routine. Unlike wood, they provide real nutritional value and should be given in controlled quantities.
USAGE
In small quantities daily, in addition to hay and botanical plants. To be given as a chewing and nutritional enrichment activity, not for constant free access. Their richness in inulin and minerals means they should be used in moderation and rotated with other essential plants.
HOW TO INTEGRATE THEM
Offer them by hand or place them in their living space in small quantities. They combine a behavioral interest—chewing—and real nutritional interest. Introduce them gradually if your rabbit has never consumed them before.
FEEDING GUIDELINES
