Description & Benefits
NETTLE LEAVES
An essential plant particularly rich in nutrients, to generously enrich your rabbit's botanical routine. One of the most nutritionally complete plants available for rabbits.
BENEFITS
Nettle is a plant naturally rich in vegetable fibers, vegetable proteins, iron, magnesium, calcium, vitamin C, and vitamin K.
Its vegetable proteins make it a nutritionally dense plant, which significantly enriches the diet in addition to hay and botanical mixes. It is one of the few plants to offer such a complete and naturally assimilable vegetable protein intake for rabbits.
Its vegetable fibers contribute to regular transit and the consistency of the daily diet, naturally complementing the hay intake.
Its iron and magnesium contribute to the overall mineral balance of the diet, providing essential minerals in a natural and raw form.
Its vitamin C enriches the diet with natural plant antioxidants. Its vitamin K contributes to the overall nutritional balance of the routine.
Its calcium contributes to the mineral balance of the diet, used in small quantities and in rotation with other essential plants, its contribution remains perfectly consistent within the framework of a varied botanical routine.
USAGE
In addition to hay and botanical mixes. In small quantities, introduced gradually, in rotation with other essential plants to maintain balanced intakes over time.
GOOD TO KNOW
Plants dried naturally at low temperatures, without any treatment, to preserve all their natural nutrients.
As with hay, slight friability or some residues may be observed depending on the nature of the plant; this is simply the sign of a raw and authentic product, as it exists in nature.
Upon receipt, place your bags in the freezer for 48 hours — a simple and sufficient precaution. As with any untreated raw plant, food moth eggs may occasionally be present. This is a natural phenomenon, with no danger to your rabbit.
If hatching is observed, do not open the bag and place it directly in the freezer for 48 hours. Your plants will still be perfectly fine to feed afterwards. Store in a dry and airy place.
